How to order?

Ordering from Cybershop is safe and easy

All products are brought quickly from our warehouse

All of the thousands of our webshop’s products are available in our warehouse, so we’re able to post them quickly. Usually orders are handled during a couple of days and Your packet will arrive in 4-7 workdays.

Making the order

Explore our products from the product gategories on the left side of the site. By clicking the product you will find further information about the item, more photos and comments and pictures added by other customers. Many products have lots of different size and color variatons to choose from. Pick the one that is right for you and add it to the shopping cart. You can go through the products in your shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart symbol. When you have added all the products you want it’s time to move to the checkout to finish the order.

Various ways of payment

There are many payment methods in our webshop for different situations. You can pay your purchases strait with finnish internet bank account, bank transfer, Visa- MasterCard- or Visa Electron credit cards or later when picking up the packet from post office or our shops. Over 100€ purchases can be payed with part payment.

Reliable deliveries and many places to collect your purchases

Products can be ordered to home address (small packets as an envelope), to the nearest post office or you can pick up your order from any Cybershop in Helsinki or Turku. We deliver all over 75€ orders without dispatching costs.

All products have a change and return right

You can change or return products that are not suitable. In 14 days you can return any product that is not used. You can do the returning in a post office as a customer return and this doesn’t cost you anything.
You’re able to get to know the clothes at home in the same way as in shops. If the product from some reason is not suitable for you, you are able to return it without any particular reason. You still cannot use the products and return them but it’s OK to change your mind.
