Returns and refunds

You may return most new, unopened items sold by Cybershop within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

Products can be returned by Itella’s Customer return with reference: Cybershop (no need for street address).
