Delivery time is usually 2-4 days. International delivery in 2-7 days.

Order and delivery terms below apply all products delivered from Cybershop online-store. These terms are valid if the buyer and Cybershop haven’t agreed other terms.

All products bought from the online-store have 14 day and night exchange and return right.

The product returned or exchanged has to be flawless and unused.

Returning of the products will be done via post as client returning, reference mark: Cybershop. Include your bank data if you want to cancel the deal. If you want to change your order, contact us at info@cybershop.fi or +358 45 127 3000.

Communication between the parties will happen either via email or via telephone.

If a client repeatedly orders products and confirms the order but doesn’t pick them up, we hold the right to not deliver ordered products to the client in question.

The ordered products has to be paid in 14 days according to the bill that is sent to the client automatically. (If using netbank or creditcard this will happen automatically when ordering.) After this Cybershop will mail the ordered products. In obscure situations the client can contact Cybershop via email or via telephone.

All prices at www.cybershop.fi include added value tax (23%). We hold the right to changes in prices.
All orders going outside of EU are tax free.
