How to order?
Ordering from Cybershop is safe, fast and easy!
All of the thousands of our webshop’s products are currently available in our warehouse and ready to be delivered to You without any delays. Orders are handled during a couple of working days and your packet will arrive in 3-7 days (in Finland) and international orders according to the delivery method of your country.
Making the order:
Browse our product categories from the top of the page and choose your preferred sub-category. You can also search for the products by writing a keyword to the search field on the top right corner. By clicking the product you will find detailed information, more photos and comments and pictures added by other customers. Choose the preferred color and size variation and add it to your shopping cart by clicking. You can see and edit the contents of your shopping cart anytime by clicking the shopping cart symbol. When you have added all the items you wish to purchase, procede in confirming the order.
You can now sign in if you are an already registered customer (this can be done before or after adding the products to your shopping cart). From your personal account you can edit the your address, phone number and other details as well as browse your previous orders or make a shopping list for the future use. You can also choose to register while making the order or continue without registering. We do not use our customer account details for marketing purposes nor give the information to third parties.
We have a great variety of payment and delivery methods and pick up points (see the links below). Choose the one most convenient for your purposes and continue to payment and confirming the order. Verification of the order should appear to your e-mail within 30 minutes from placing the order, if not, please contact our customer service immediately for verification.

Tracking your order:
The parcel tracking code (lähetystunnus) can be found from the order verification e-mail or by signing in to your personal account if a registered customer. For tracking and tracing your parcel, go to Posti or Matkahuolto tracking site depending on your shipping method.
