We will do our best to deliver the orders during the same or following day on which they are made. If you wish to cancel or change your orders, please contact us as soon as possible via e-mail info@cybershop or calling our customer service  +358 9 424 68102 (workdays 8-15 pm EET)

Delivery time in Finland is usually 2-7days. International delivery in 2-14 days.

Payment methods:

Finland (usually in 2-7 workdays):

  • Pikkupaketti 4,90 (delireved to home address)
  • Post Parcel 4,90€ (from the nearest Posti office or Posti pickup point)
  • Matkahuolto XXS 4,00€ (from Matkahuolto service points
  • Matkahuolto Lähi-paketti 4,90€ (from the nearest Matkahuolto office or Matkahuolto pickup point, K-market or R-Kioski)
  • Matkahuolto Bussipaketti 4,90€ (from the nearest Matkahuolto office)
  • Pickup from Cybershop 1€ (from the Cybershop of your choosing)

International (usually in 2-14 workdays):

  • Letter from 2,90€ to 5,90€ (no tracking)
  • MyPack Collect 13,90€
  • Posti Parcel Connect 19,90€

Customer return policy and product changes:

Send the items you wish to return through the post office of Matkahuolto to address:

CUSTOMER RETURN CYBERSHOP OY – 00370 HELSINKI, FINLAND (no street address required)

Add a filled customer return form and your bank details (in case you wish ro cancel the purchase). If the customer return form is not filled, we are not accountable to make the return.

If the customer wishes to return the whole order, the money return is for the full amount of the items purchased, without the shipping fee.

The product change is free of charge if the customer wishes to change to a different size or color variation of the same product, or in case of a manufacturing defect. In other cases (f. ex. change to a completely different product) the customer will need to pay the possible price difference and a new shipping fee. All of the returns and product changes are considered case by case and the returns might be witheld if the criteria is not met.

Product and money returns are handled and payed during 30 days from arriving to the Cybershop webshop. Please note that hygienic products, such as hair extensions, contact lenses and piercing jewelry with an opened package cannot be changed/returned.

Tracking your order:

The parcel tracking code (lähetystunnus) can be found from the order verification e-mail or by signing in to your personal account if a registered customer. For tracking and tracing your parcel, go to Posti or Matkahuolto tracking site depending on your shipping method.
