Place the pattern around your eye and attach it like any other temporary tattoo. Moisturaise the tattoo with wet paper. When tattoo is completely wet wait about 40 seconds and then you can remove the plastic carefully. Wait about 5 minutes that tattoo has dried. Do not rub the tattoo!

Skin has to be dry and clear before attaching the tattoo. Tattoo may not attach properly if there is make up on the skin.
