Products in the webshop can be changed or returned during 14 days, with the excpection of items on sale. Hygienic products (such as contact lenses, hair extensions, wigs and piercing jewelry) can be returned only if the package in un-opened. Items must be in the same condition as they were when delivered.

Cybershop™ shops don't accept or proceed webshop returns.
Add a filled customer return form which you can find from your shipping confirmation email and your bank details (in case you wish ro cancel the purchase). If the customer return form is not filled, we are not accountable to make the return.
If the customer wishes to return the whole order, the money return is for the full amount of the items purchased, without the shipping fee.
The product change is free of charge if the customer wishes to change to a different size or color variation of the same product, or in case of a manufacturing defect. In other cases (f. ex. change to a completely different product) the customer will need to pay the possible price difference and a new shipping fee.
All of the returns and product changes are considered case by case and the returns might be witheld if the criteria is not met.
Product and money returns are handled and payed during 30 days from arriving to the Cybershop webshop. Please note that hygienic products, such as hair extensions, contact lenses and piercing jewelry with an opened package cannot be changed/returned. It is ok to change your mind but not to return a used product.
